The Authenticity Dilemma
Showing up as your authentic self within the workplace culture is a tricky thing. This session helps participants understand that authenticity in the workplace is deeper than hairstyles and clothing. Participants will be able to define their authenticity baseline, understand the key elements of emotional intelligence, and begin the journey of balancing authenticity with EQ in order to communicate, collaborate and perform at an optimal level. The Authenticity Dilemma module is designed to be facilitated as a two-hour training for small, medium or large groups, or it can be structured as a coaching module for individual or small team professional development.
